Who we are
This website is operated by SAS ALLJA, 06740 Chateauneuf, France. For any question about your data, email masrosefrance@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you send a stay enquiry we receive the details you enter: your dates, number of guests, any horse-related requests, your name, email address, optional phone number and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you decide to stay, to arrange your booking. We do not use them for marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and forwarded to our inbox by email. They are not shared with booking platforms or with the independent stables unless you ask us to pass on a horse-related request.
Map
The map on our home page is provided by Google and only loads when you click “Show map”. Loading it sends your IP address and browser information to Google under Google’s own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you sent us by writing to masrosefrance@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the French data-protection authority (CNIL).
